GAME NOT STARTING

If Fractal Space does not start on Android, please perform the following steps:

  1. Access the App info for Fractal Space, by either holding your finger on the game icon and selecting App info, or by accessing your device’s: Settings | Apps | Fractal Space:
Hold finger on Game Icon, then tap App info

OR

Access your device Settings, then tap Apps & notifications or Apps, then tap Fractal Space

2. On App Info for Fractal Space, tap the Storage button:

3. Tap Clear Storage button and confirm:

Tap Clear Storage button and confirm

Now, the game should launch safely! This is due to latest versions of Android (from 6.0), in which Google Play automatically downloads previous user data from a backup, whereas this old data is no longer compatible with the latest version of the game.

Please not that this will won’t happen for the future updates, as the latest versions disable the backup system, and we apologise for the inconvenience.
